$500 refundable security deposit will hold your reservation. It will be refunded to you within a week of your departure.




The full rental fee is due 30 days ahead of your arrival and half will be returned if canceled no later than 2 week before your arrival date.

The County of Santa Barbara requires a 10% bed tax (just as they do for hotels and motels) on all stays under 30 days, so an additional $210 must be charged-so very sorry.
